Tom rejoined Title Alliance, LTD as Controller in April 2015 after a 14 year hiatus. He has over 35 years’ experience in service industry companies primarily in real estate, healthcare and title insurance with both financial and operations experience throughout. While employed by Genesis Health Care Corp. he honed his analytical skills and was promoted to Director of Financial Analysis and Budgeting. Tom brings those analytical skills with him to Title Alliance, in his role as Controller, in conjunction with his experience as a title agency manager, resulting in a well-rounded view and the ability to connect the operational performance to the ensuing financial performance. In his current capacity a large portion of his attention is centered around working with senior management on operational efficiency and pinpointing areas of necessary improvement. When not working he enjoys spending time with his growing family.

Tom has a B.S. in Accounting from St. Joseph’s University and a certificate in Reading and Interpreting Financial Statements from Villanova University.

In 2019, Tom spent time cleaning up non native invasive plant species in Tinicum, PA.
